Up for some friendly competition? For the third straight year, the Harriers are recruiting a team to compete in the annual "Superbowl of Birding," an event put on by Mass Audubon. Teams from Massachusetts and New Hampshire spend the day birding their respective Atlantic coasts, compiling points for different species sighted, according to their rarity. Last year, the "Harriers Circus" won the "Youth Birding" category. With two years of experience under our belts, we're setting our sights even higher! If you're interested in participating, send a note (well in advance of the competition) to nhyoungbirders@gmail.com. For more information on the history and rules of the Superbowl, click here.
